Question / Help Streaming buffering and pixels

I got internet on 50/50mb still cant run stream above 2000 bitrate it still seem to lag/pixel/buffering even tho its on 2000 in the right down corner it marks with a green yellow or red mostly red atm, i got Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHZ 4.00 GHZ my RAM is 16gb and gtx 980ti strix ASUS i got fine coolers i guess and im running my stream with 60fps, sorry for bad english...
