Question / Help Streaming bad quality on a decent pc and Getting timed out when I have a lot of software running

I been streaming and not getting the quality wanted. I got a decent set up
this my set up:

On test speed it says I got 11mb upload and the stream doesn't look as good and also it kinda lags especially on rocket league.
Any setting you recommend?

Also OBS timed out when I have too much programs running at the same time and I wanna know is there a fix?

Hey David Tang,

I just looked at your logfile, to improve the quality of the stream try lowering your Preset from veryfast to faster. If your computer is able to handle the load, you could go even lower. Also, if frame-rate is the issue, you can change the frame-rate from 30fps to 60fps, however this will cause a higher load for your CPU to work with.
