Bug Report Streaming at a stuck FPS rate

Recently , i stream using monitor capture and get stuck at 19-20 fps . Even i changed the FPS in the setting to 60 FPS and also keep changing my video quality or audio quality to the highest or lowest , it still stuck at that FPS.

But when i stream using window capture , the FPS goes up to the FPS i set to in the setting.

Any solution?

What's your system? If You are using Windows 7 - Disable Aero, if Windows 8 - in .452 version monitor capturing is bugged, You can try the newest test verison: http://sourceforge.net/projects/obsproj ... p/download which should fix Monitor Capture in Windows 8

I'm now currently using windows 8 and the link you gave me i downloaded and the FPS go back to the one i set to in the setting :D
