Question / Help Streaming at 1080p perfectly, then 30 minutes later ping

My computer and internet speed is fully capable of streaming League at 1080p ( I run crysis 3 ac4 bf4 maxed )

i5 4570
GTX 760 SUPERCLOCKED EVGA
8GB HYPERX DDR3

50DOWN 30UP

Why is it that when I stream, It's good for 30 minutes, perfect. However my ping spikes to 400 and I need to turn my stream off, but even with the stream off my upload speed according to speedtest.net is at 2Mbps instead of 30. However this goes back to normal in another 30 minutes.

What in the actual fuck?

That usually happens when your ISP throttles your upload. Try contacting them about this issue

So let me rephrase that. Did you contact your ISP about this yet? It's almost certainly related to them. Does your contract with them say you should get the full upload you usually do?

So they admitted they did it in the past but said they would not do that anymore? Did they give you a date when to expect this change to take effect? Maybe they need a day or two to adjust this (just a guess, though)
