Question / Help Streaming and Recording

Hi!
I have had a little problem last couple of days. Twitch is muting my videos because I play with music so I have started to recording my streams. So I just finished streaming and stopped the recording. But when I tried to open the recorded file nothing happens in VLC. Doesnt load or anything. The file is 8.20GB big if that matters.

I have changed the Destination to "$T.mp4" if that could be it?
Not the Replay buffert though, should I?

Really need help, thanks!

don't save directly to mp4.

You basically have an 8.2GB file taking up space because the file didn't finalize properly.

Sony vegas doesnt support mp4, thats why I record them to mp4.

Okay, so you have any suggestions to remake it to mp4 from flv?
