Question / Help Streaming and Recording Lag

I regularly play Apex and COD etc type games and I haven't been able to stream for a while now because I've had crazy lag and frame drops.
That was a quick record i did just at the firing range, so very little usage I feel but still lagged on my video. What are the best settings to have your output set at?

13:55:19.739: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 1 (0.0%)
13:55:19.740: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 4/11004 (0.0%)
The attached logfile shows no issue present as far as encoder overload or render lag, and as it was only a local recording, there were no frame drops. You can help guard against encoder delay by running OBS as Administrator, which will ensure OBS gets 'first dibs' on GPU time, especially for games well-known to be problematic like Apex Legends.

Dropped frames are ALWAYS a network issue though.
We'll need a logfile from a session where the issue was occurring to really be able to offer insight.

This was my last attempt day for streaming. Around 15:13 is when I actually attempted to start. I stopped it a little while later, changed some things and tried again with little to no change. Does this help?
