Streaming and recording are freezing since update

We stream to a third party server, and record video (.mp4) for client deliverables. Since the update, our recordings have repeatedly frozen. We've checked input devices, replaced hardware and cables, and it's still happening randomly.

The random part is the hard part. Every setup is identical. The output destination never changes, the input source never changes. Just sometimes freezes and fails to record.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
