Hello,

I am trying to stream but my stream keeps dropping all the way down to 0kbps and playing catch up. The Stream itself isnt disconnecting i've had about 5% dropped frames. I cant read these logs. Anywhere anyone is able to help me out to determine what this problem could be?

I did read the thread and did everything possible to attempt to fix

1. The new Windows 10 Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") added with version 2004 is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's a new and experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
3. On NVENC, change the preset from Max Quality to Quality and uncheck the box for Psycho Visual Tuning.
4. Go to Advanced Settings and enable Dynamic Bitrate

If still having issues after making those changes, post new log.

Made all the changes including the dynamic bitrate.
The KBPS still drops to 0 whilst streaming - I have no idea if it could be anything else

To better test your connection againt Twitch servers please use this tool:
Select your region, change the time to test for 1 minute and start it.
Make a screenshoot of the result and paste it here. Anything bellow quality 90 is bad.

Run OBS as ADMIN. Use NVENC as codec instead of x264
Review the analizer and folow its recommendations:

#2 in my original post.
In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial".
21:36:52.897: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] bitrate decreased to: 1000

Your log shows the bitrate decreasing to 1000, not 0.
