Question / Help Streaming (and 2pass) preset on NVENC don't work.

So I heard about this in another thread and thought the Maxwell cards would be capable of doing it. Turns out it fails to initialize in both Streaming and Streaming (2pass) presets. GeForce drivers are up to date.
