These are my current OBS settings and its feels like i can do better.
if not more quality maybe more cleaner streams as all my recent test are...
Are getting decent, but i'm not good enough to refine without help...

DOWNLOAD Mbps 3.90
UPLOAD Mbps 0.90

Output settings advanced
Encoder x264
Rescale Output 640x360

Rate control CBR, with Bitrate at 675
keyframe interval 2, cpu usage preset, vary fast, profile main

Video settings
Base and output are 1920x1080, with common fps values at 29.97

Advance settings
process priority Normal
render Direct 3D 11
color format NV12, color space 601, color range full

Bind to IP default
Dynamically changes bitrate to manage congestion Checked
Enables network optimization Checked


I have no idea what most setting mean and got here with YouTube videos and test.

Your upload speed is a bit of a killer. I have a friend who lives out in the sticks & his internet speeds are roughly the same as yours. When I'm streaming, I run a 360p stream just for him @ 1.5Mbps so he can watch without buffering as there's no way he can watch the 720p or 1080p streams.

Anyway, try doing the downscaling in video settings (If you're not recording too) & change your Color Range to Partial

Thanks i have, and the best i can do is 360p with lanczos downscale filtering.
with farcry 5 i can get no dropped frames, but cant see anything far witch is understandable.
and i don't record. i have gforce for that
i know my internet is a killer which is why i kinda wanna do boomer shooters
if i can get dusk or doom looking okay id be happy...
