Question / Help Streaming a Game will Give me 10 fps with the new windows update

Hello, Yesterday I got a new update for my windows 10 it needed to restart my pc for 3 times and when i came back it also removed my wallpaper. but that is not why i'm here. I'm here about obs that when i start my stream and I go in game i get 10 fps (CSGO) or 30 FPS (wow)

before the update obs and my pc were running fine and i dont know hat to do now... anyone know what i can do to fix it?

GTX 770
16gh ram
water cooling on cpu
asrock motherboard
