Streaming a file stored in cloud drive?

hi,
would it be possible to stream large pre recorded video files that're stored in a cloud/virtual drive (i.e. google drive, opendrive) smoothly to youtube?

sometimes Youtube gives a notifications saying "YouTube Not Receiving Enough Video". is this because it's streaming from a cloud storage?

since my file sizes are large (4k videos 100s GB per file), it's not feasible to store the files in a hard disk... any suggestions?

Thanks!

Can you? Yes
Should you? No, for the reason you are experiencing

Can you stream in that manner *caveats* with the right amount of bandwidth, Processing power, and monitoring - sure.
You are much better off using a local high speed drive (think at 10gb/s USB to an external SSD... might it work with low-end flash drive or HDD, maybe? not may area maybe someone else can comment, or you can test yourself.
