Question / Help Streaming 60 fps but still not smooth?

Hey guys, I've been itching to stream properly for a while but what kept holding me back used to be my upload speed, now I have 12mbps upload so more than enough to stream with but for some reason even though I get 60 fps in game and have more than enough bandwidth my stream is nowhere near as smooth as others I see.

A friend of mine streams with practically identical settings to me and his is silky smooth 90% of the time unless game fps drops from excessive on-screen action so I have no idea why it's so bad for me.

My specs:
Core i7 3770k
8gb 1600mhz RAM
Geforce GTX 590

What game are you streaming? You deleted the video so i don't know. Supply a different VOD that you don't delete and i can help more :)

use CBR and try chaning the server you are streaming to cause i watched a view of your vods and its pretty unwatchable ... but since the audio has no problem to be streamed and only the video stutters but you dont drop frames its pretty much the server you are streaming to is shit.

everything else looks fine to me
