Question / Help Streamer since 2011 and only got this problem just now.

So I've been streaming daily since 2011 and I went from going to Xsplit to OBS back and forth from time to time, The last 2 years i've been using OBS without any problems and even better performance.
Now since mid December I have this huge problem that won't let me do anything.

I get a fluctuating upload output that goes quickly from 6000kbs to 2000kbs to 8000kbs etc.
Now I know that this has something to do normally with your Internet, The weird thing is, I tried to go back to the rival Xsplit and I had a clean 6000kbs output at all times, super stable. No dropped frames. Which I tried for a few days.

I reinstalled everything OBS related and sometimes it will do good for 1 hour and then it will fluctuate again, The green square that says your stream health flickers to orange at times and even red and then goes back to green. Never ever had that before.

As other stream software like xsplit and even the original elgato software dont give any of these problems I reckoned it could be OBS Plugin related but the only plugin I have installed is the Elgato Streamdeck plugin.
I just cannot wrap my head around this, been reinstalling stuff for days. Looking through my internet setup, everything else works instead of OBS. which just randomly started to fluctuate

Ive been streaming today and had more then 10,000 framedrops over the course of 3 hours So I could get a log ready. But people fall out of stream and disconnect. I stream on Youtube and used both the backup server and the primary one. I also tried to stream on mixer and that gives the same output, while something like xsplit or the elgato software DON't give any framedrops and stay very steadily at my 1080p 60fps output with a 6000kbs bitrate.

I really hope someone can help me. Ive got a great oppertunity to stream on twitch as a partner which I wanted to redeem but I want to produce quality and this is wonky as hell at the moment.

The computer it is running on is running on a wired lan connection and is specifically used for the livestreaming, Only software running is Teamspeak/discord sometimes. Specs are
  • Intel Core i7-3930k @3.40Ghz
  • 16.0 GB RAM DDR3 @1800MHZ
  • Gigabyte GTX670
  • ASUS Rampage Formula IV
  • HDD – 500GB, 60GB SSD
  • Capture Card – Elgato HD60PRO (Ingebouwd)
I tried to stream with a basic scene with my Webcam, my Elgato HD60pro and some donation alerts while normally my stream has more complicated content but it wont make any difference.
