Streamed fine 3 days ago, now extremely laggy/unstreamable

I streamed perfectly fine 3 days ago, now it's as if i have 500KB/s internet speed.

I run a dual pc setup with my streaming pc being a laptop with a i7 and gtx 960m
I use NDI to stream and have BOTH gaming pc and streaming pc being connected directly to the router.
The ONLY thing that has changed between those 3 days is a new router. I complained about having unstable internet during certain hours and they gave me a new router, but same model as before. I use the same ethernet cable, same setup on OBS on both pcs.

I may be missing something obvious with an issue with getting a new router, but I don't know why it could cause extremely laggy stream on my streaming pc. I've ran speed test on the streaming pc and it is normal. Any help with what I can be missing would be greatly appreciated!

Router type modell ? can you setup the LAN port from 1000 to 100 or Automatic
have you test to copy a file from one pc to the other over network and test how fast it is ?
UPNP Enabled in the router?

router type is an Arris DG3450.
I have UPNP enabled.
I have not tested a file from one pc to the other.
I believe the LAN port is on automatic.

I cannot test speed from one pc to another via network because of an error with the PC name.

At first it seemed like the issue was because of it being a laptop and obs was using the intergrated graphics. After following the steps on the sticky post referring to it, I still have the issue. Extremely laggy preview/stream maybe updating once every 5 minutes.

I don't understand how a swap of a router has caused this issue.

I'm having the same issue (no changes though). I moved into my apartment in September and a week in started getting a bad connection from PC 1 to PC 2. Everyone told me to go buy a switch, so I bought a switch and connected them both to that and bam - my issue went away. Well, until two days ago. Suddenly it reappeared even though I'm still using the switch, no OBS updates, no NDI updates, no Windows updates..nothing. It just started stuttering again.
