Question / Help Stream works fine until I get ingame and it black screens

My stream works fine up until I get ingame and it black screens, I am trying to stream League of Legends. I use window capture and I run windows 8.1, I'm quite computer illiterate so please be gentle it's my first time <3. I recently bought a new computer from CyberPowerPC, it is a Intel i7 with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970... I have 220 dl speed and 20.90 upload.
Please help guys as I bought this computer purposely to start streaming and had no problems with black screen on my other pc but would lag so I couldn't stream

Also, league needs a game capture in a separate scene (using the scene switcher) for the actual match.

i have the problem of the black screen. i got it too work with league of legends on borderless and then windowcapture.
but the next time i started league i got the blackscreen again. and with game capture it gives me a blackscreen as well

The match and lobby are separate programs.

Use game capture for the match, not window capture.

game capture gives me a blackscreen. but with borderless settings in league and window capture it works fine. is that weird?

It is indeed. Do you have a clean log of just your attempt to do that?

has this something to do with my nvidia configuration 3d settings?

OBS needs to be run on the same GPU as the game in order for game capture to work.
