Hello
I Get this i know its not my internet seeing as its done this on 2 different internet providers both about 10 up but recently on my laptop OBS has been doing strange things
-Stream Drops Out and OBS Reports 0 Bit Rate
-When i try to close it obs will decide to stay running but frozen and wont close via task manager and will show in the taskbar and i can't do anything there will be no popup when i right click on it and sometimes when i try to close it will stop displaying my screen and just show black screen in the preview
What Are My Specs?
-Intel I5-4570
-R9 290
-8 GB DDR3 1600 MHz
But i have tried to do it with my laptop that has
-Intel i5-10210U
-8GB 2666 MHz
-Intel UHD
i stream to youtube so maybe a problem with it and obs crashes and doesnt close so i have to reopen it and i get the popup
