Question / Help Stream worked fine yesterday, today nothing.

So yesterday my steam was working fine. Perfect. No drop frames no nothing. Unfortunately when I went to stream today I got the red little box and tons of dropped frames. Ran multiple speed test everywhere and got results from 7-16 upload. Only trying to stream at a 3500 bitrate. What could I possibly do to fix this? Help plz!
 
Sorry bro, just to inform you - I guess no one is able to help you, because people don't know if anything has been changed since the day before.

I mean, the program doesn't stop doing what it's been made for another day - you know?
 
did it three times for stability reasons.

I'm from Kansas @jeremy I'm pretty sure it's my modem that TWC gave me. May need to be replaced within the first week of having them.
 
update. Stream randomly started working fine again. 100% sure i was being throttled for the last 3 days.
 
We are all having this problem. our ISP's suck! They are doing it on purpose. Mine is getting worst, but they will say its nothing on their end

Idk my issue fixed itself I guess... Hopefully it doesn't happen again. I was just going to have TWC come out and switch my modem. Who is your internet provider?
