Question / Help Stream Won't Start and Won't Show the Bitrate when I Want to Stream

So i wanted to stream today but i can't as OBS won't stream to Twitch, the Stream Preview works fine but when i press start stream it wont broadcast or show me the bitrate but i can see what it would be showing my viewers. I hope thats not to confusing.

Can anyone help me out, I really wanna stream today....
