Question / Help Stream with Zoom

hi guys,

I want to try to stream with my Canon 60D using zoom with my 2018 MacBook Pro touch bar.
So I purchase this capture card from Amazon.. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F6HVZ72
Then for the microphone, I bought Blue Snowball.. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014PYGTUQ
And HDM-HDMI mini cable.. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005H4Y6ZY
The mic is awesome. Love it. But when I plug the capture card, the internet connection suddenly stop!
The capture works, try using quicktime and record. The quality of the video is not as great as I expect.. :( It has this moving horizontal shadow lines that I normally see on a non HD screen. Is that because 60D is "too old"?
Should I just return all this stuff and simply purchase a stand alone camera for streaming? I really want to use the DSLR but if that's the quality, I'm not gonna use it.
Please help..
I simply want to have a high quality zoom conference streaming.

DSLRs do not make good webcams. You can get a good webcam for the same price or less as that no-name capture card.
