Question / Help stream with this hardware

Hello guys its my first thread here.

My hardware is atm
cpu: intel core i7 870
Gpu: amd radeon hd5570 2gb
ram: 2x2gb
hdd: 1tb

I can play games like csgo with 150fps with graphic settings 1024x768 and all details low streched to 16:9 if i stream i get about 90 fps tbis ist okey for me

im playing h1z1 with 1600x900 lowest details with 40fps its unplayable and i can forget to stream this game
now i want to update my system to

Gpu: nvidia geforce gtx 960 from msi with 4gb
Ram: 2x8gb ddr3 1333mhz
Hdd: 1x120gb ssd samsun & 250gb ssd samsung
iwant to install windows 10 on the 120gb ssd and my games and the steam folder on the 250gb ssd

my questins are
With the gtx 960 i can definitly improve my fps
can i use the nvidia nvenc option in obs?
will i get better fps during streaming?

Yes it works

There is not enough factors to say but it should, but not always. H1Z1 is a CPU dependent game meaning draw calls are based on the CPU clock for the GPU. x264 is very CPU dependent as well yet NVENC can take some of that load.

you mean NVENC would take some load from cpu and i will be able to play in 1080p in high graphics settings
