Question / Help Stream With Low Upload?

i was wondering if anyone knows of good settings to stream with a low upload, Mine being around 1.5 at max i heard that you can get a good quality with it but apperently there is a trick to it cause i cant seem to get it

PC Specs:
i7-4790K (4ghz)
GTX 760 4gb (non reference)
Cooler master seidon 120v
Corsair vengeance LP 8gb DDR3 1600mhz

Upload: 1.5 (at best)

You'll probably want to stream at something around 480p30 and 1000 Kbps, though with a 4790K you'll be able to use a preset like medium or slow to compress the video much more effectively at that resolution.
