Question / Help Stream with 3G modem and play with internet LAN connection?

I've been watching this one streamer on Twitch, AnderZEL and he can stream with his 4G modem to get high speeds and at the same time play online games with his internet router for best ping. All I could find out was that it is done with some sort of batch file but I'm really not sure and can't find guides on YouTube or Google. My normal internet speed isn't very fast for 720p streaming but it delivers good ping but my 3G modem offers me 30 Mbps average which is good enough for 720p 60FPS. Any of you that has some experience with these sort of things?

Thanks

You can select the network interface OBS should use for it's stream.
Be aware that streaming uses a lot of traffic and usual data plans are not a suit fit with capped traffic.

unlimited data :) , how to I access the network interface though?

Settings -> Advaned -> Network (bottom) -> Bind to Interface.

Make sure you're connected both devices, though, and the one you want to run the game through has the higher priority in Windows
