Question / Help Stream will occasionally lag and drop only when I am streaming

When streaming (League of Legends) I will occasionally lose control of my character regardless of where I am clicking. Everything is running perfectly fine and I can stream at 30 FPS. Im not the best at explaining, but If someone could help I would really appreciate it. I can show someone what I mean through skype or my stream itself to clarify.
