Question / Help Stream Was Fine For a Year - Get Better Internet Speeds - Random Dropped Frames?

Hello everyone!

I've been streaming for almost 2 years now, and while it took me a while to get my settings straight, they were going good for the longest time of about 6 months.

That is, until about 2 months ago, when we got a free internet upgrade courtesy of our ISP.

We now have speeds of roughly 30 down and 5 up.

My old OBS encoding settings were a bitrate of 1800, which worked wonders and never had an issue. I had upped it and have been tweaking with my settings to try and get some better quality, and I just can't get anything to work out.

So when all was said and done, I attempted to revert back to my bitrate of 1800 and lo-and-behold: I'm still dropping frames. I don't understand why or how this is possible, but I am.

I've ran shaperprobe, to no avail. I've switched between the 3 nearest streaming servers, and even went back to the original server I was using when all was hunky dory and I still drop frames..

I'm not sure what to do, and as a result, I'm coming to you all for some hopeful help.

The latest log that I think is applicable to these events is attached to the post. Some of the errors that are caused by the CLRBrowserSource that you see were for my follow notifier, and as I was using the 64 bit of the program to test (I typically use the 32 bit so I can use the CLRBrowser plugin) the plugin wasn't functioning. However, even on the 32 bit version of the program with the follow notifier all fine and dandy, I was dropping frames.

Thanks in advance guys! I know you'll help me out!
