Stream video slides to the side

Hi all,

As of lately, I have been getting a very strange defect on stream. The video seems to slide to the side randomly. The right side of the video will show up on the left side of the stream and vice versa. Only thing that has been done to the PC as of recently is a CPU upgrade. Ryzen 2700x to 3700x.

This defect shows up on streams and recordings. Again, it happens completely randomly. I attached a photo.

Please post a log from a stream so we can see what OBS is doing
Like are you encoding on the CPU or GPU
Might want to reinstall your GPU driver

I will post a log later on today, once im back at the computer.

Encoding done on cpu. I stream on x264 and record on nvenc.
