Hello Everyone!
First post here and wanted to see if I can get help with this issue I am having. The video previous in OBS and Stream "shakes"/stutters. I don't know the best way to describe it, but basically you can see the image shake. Below is a log and I'm hoping someone can help me out.

I'm using a Startech Video Capture Card (USB 3.0 HD Video Capture Device - 1080p) to capture my Dreamcast connected via VGA. Weird thing is that I have used the same setup on Windows 10 via Bootcamp from my Macbook Air and the video seems fine. I just don't want to use the laptop as it runs hot and if I plan on streaming for a decent period of time that may not be a good idea.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
