Question / Help Stream Video Freezing while Streaming CS:GO

Whenever I try to stream CS:GO (I haven't tried other games) the video will randomly freeze up and only unfreeze when I alt tab or if I wait a long time. Also, when I alt tab in CS:GO while streaming CS:GO will crash. No idea how to fix it.
