I read every guide post and almost all of the videos about streaming settings etc. my problem is my upload speed which i can not upgrade becouse of my local ISS. im streaming on twitch playing Heroes of the Storm or PUBG on my gaming pc and steraming via NDI to my stream pc. my specs are here but i couldnt solve the drop issue. which settings should i use is tehere any boxes i need to check or uncheck between i used my android phones web cam on my last stream just for the test.
i need your advise for best quality settings
Using x264 (Available Quick Sync too) CBR 1500 Buffer 1750 at 720p 30fps sometimes lowers it to 540 or 480
