Question / Help Stream updates every 15 seconds (AKA Laggy)

I was trying to watch the stream while I did a test run. Everything is pretty much default and I even had a friend who knows this software better than I helping me, but she didn't know what was wrong.

whats your uploading speed ?

go to settings > broadcasting settings and pick some server relatively close to you.
go to settings > video. diable aero and restart obs.

I'd venture to say it is physically impossible to stream with that connection.

In your log, you're trying to use 1000kbps, your speedtest says you have 160kbps as a max. That's barely enough for audio and whatever game you'd be playing.
