Don't use wireless. Wire it with a physical wire.

Get a better video card than a NVIDIA GeForce GT 220. OBS requires a good video card in addition to a good CPU, and that video card (in fact the entire GT / GTX 200 series) is known to work very poorly with OBS.

I assume you're capturing some console that actually outputs 720p, and you're not gaming on your PC?

None of this really explains why its shutting down, but it seems to relate to this log entry, which someone else will have to speak to:
