Question / Help Stream turn off when click anywhere

Hi, I'm writing about here today with an unusual problem, and so I wanted to stream using OBS, but when you turn on the preview or Stream can not move OBS, because switches off automatically stream or preview. Stream operates normally until the pressed anywhere, whether it is the task bar, desktop, OBS or chrome.
Please help me
