Our stream to YouTube today disconnected for 3 minutes and then reconnected, according to the YouTube analytics. However, I didn't see anything unusual in our OBS log. Is there a YouTube log? I don't find one anywhere.

I'm also attaching the screenshot from YouTube analytics, which shows an outage from about 10:32-10:35 am (pst).
What can cause this? What can I do to get more detail to help troubleshoot the issue?

P.S. I see an issue with bitrate, which I am presuming is unrelated. I assume if I were to introduce a higher bitrate that I might encounter issues with our network bandwidth, and I assume it would introduce even more latency for viewers. Do both of these assumptions sound accurate?
