It's possible but it requires a lot of CPU usage. You can open two or more instances of OBS by adding "-multi" in the properties of OBS but keep in mind that if you stream to 2 channels with the same settings then it'll require double the CPU usage than it would take with just streaming to 1 channel.
It wouldn't require a lot of CPU usage, actually, when it gets implemented, since it only requires one encode. If you have a RTMP server, you can probably stream to it and set it up to relay the stream to both channels. I talk about it briefly in my RTMP guide: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=2651
