Question / Help Stream to my Own Website

Hi, some help \ advice appreciated

I have a Win 10 Laptop and its only job is to run some software called Spectrum Lab (it analyses radio data from Meteors) and has a main window
with a scrolling display and associated audio stream. It runs 24x7x365 (and keeps various log files etc)

I have a hosted Virtual Server and I want to stream the contents of the window (scrolling display and audio) from my laptop to the Virtual Server
so someone can view the outputs in real time

I think OBS can do this, im not sure what service I need, I did think custom and then setup a video stream server on my virtual server ?

Hope this makes sense

Im a bit techie and am capable of creating web pages etc, happy to install any software locally on my laptop

Stream from your computer to YouTube and note the URL.
Create a HTML5 page.
Use the video HTML tag and set the source to the YouTube URL of the video.

^^as stated above youtube and twitch both offer embedding the video on a website
