Stream to Facebook and YouTube

How can i stream to Facebook and YouTube at the same time. I am a Mac user. Is there a plugin for this to Mac or Pc?

It is not a native capability
And it can very demanding on the computer, depending on your settings
and you need 2X upload bandwidth
there are a number postings on how to accomplish this with add-ins in the Windows forum... I don't know if/how on a Mac
