Question / Help Stream to different resolutions

I stream World of Tanks on Twitch.tv.
First of all, even if my resolution is 1920x1200, and in Twitch is written 1200+, the image is very very bad, not sharp at all, as I saw at other players.
And second, how can I make so the user can select different quality options like 1080+/1080/768+/768/520/480 ?

Yep, transcoding is a partnered-only option at this time.
Post a log from a live streaming session (in %appdata%\OBS\logs), as well as a link to the VOD; we can take a look and see if anything stands out. Also, run a 6MB test at http://testmy.net/upload (NOT speedtest.net!) and post the results as well.

Also be aware that you are streaming at 16:10; Twitch requires a 16:9 stream or it will letterbox it to one.
