Stream Tearing

Hi,

I started to stream in 1080 and even before then I noticed my stream tears from time to time. Even in 720 I was having this issue. I was wondering how to mitigate this based on my current settings.
My CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900KF CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
GPU: Nvidia 3060

I would just like to add that I primarily stream Switch games. With that being said, should I be using my CPU or GPU? Currently I use my GPU.
