My stream is stuttering for some reason and im not sure why. Here are my specs:
Intel i7 7700K
32 gb of ddr4 RAM
Gtx 1080 6gb
My pc setup is fairly good (i think). I have an ethernet plugin that gives 300mbps download and 50 mbps upload. The only problem is that I have 5 people on my internet and i think this could be the problem but let me give you my obs settings:
OUTPUT:
Rescale 1280x720
Bitrate 5000
Preset fast
Keyframe Interval 2
Profile high
Video:
1920x1080 for the top one ( cant check right now im on my phone) and 1280x720 for the bottom
Bilinear
60fps
