Question / Help Stream stutters, drops frames, etc. but games run fine!

I have attached a couple logs of my recent streams. Some games do great, others, not at all.

I have recently moved and I think my upload is the issue but I don't know for sure, because I've added a few things to the stream that could have complicated the encoding but I'm not sure. My old place had 13mbps upload...this one...1.5-1.8mbps upload. So as a result, I have gone from 720p 60fps down to 720p 30fps and have tried 480p 30fps. Both have same results...stuttering stream.

Playing H1Z1 for example receives WAY lets frame drops or stuttering than playing BF4 for example, which is almost unbearable to watch. And I know when I was at the old place, I could play h1Z1 and BF4 with no dropped frames or stuttering at 60fps... so I don't know what the problem is here because my hardware has not changed.

I can upgrade the upload to 1.5-3.0mbps but i'll pay more obviously. But I want to know what I need to do with the conditions I have to make a more seamless stream even if I stream at 480p. Though I'd prefer 720.

Thanks

Dropped frames are a result of overworking your internet connection or your route to the streaming service.

the highest you should be setting your bitrate to with those numbers is 1000

And given the quality numbers, I basically wouldn't recommend streaming on that connection

Also, enable all regions when running the test.

I did some testing over the weekend. I set the bitrate at 1200, video 480p on 30fps. Played H1Z1 for the 3 hours and not a single frame dropped. Connection was in the green the whole time. Granted this will not work for every game of course but it does work to an extent on my connection. Even though it's 480, most of my viewers like it because they can load it. So we will see what happens.
