So recently I started trying to stream from my house. Originally I was streaming in college. I have a decent upload speed of around 5.7 mbps so I set my bitrate to 3500 and got the error. Then brought it down to 3000, 2500, and even 2000 with the same error. I would like to know if there is anything I am doing wrong in setting OBS studio up to stream. Or maybe something in my hardware (my graphics card isn't that great) is causing the stuttering.

Here is my log file:

Your log file doesn't contain any streaming or recording attempts. Given your hardware I assume the weak integrated GPU is being maxed out. The error has nothing to do with your bitrate.

Here is the one with the streaming. What can I do to fix it? Should i just turn down the game's graphics settings? I'm streaming rocket league which is very graphics heavy with all the moving parts and camera.

Enabling vsync is usually the first step since it caps the game's frame rate to your display's refresh rate. Then if your laptop can't maintain a steady 60 FPS you'd start turning down graphics settings.

Hmmm ok here's the weird thing. I tried using OBS classic and it works completely fine. After I enabled Vsync the stream is steady and no pixelation or stuttering occurs. I'm not sure why it's different for studio. :P
