Question / Help Stream stuttering with i9 9900k

Hello
I'm trying to stream Fortnite sometimes but it doesn't feel smooth .My gpu is a geforce 1060 6gb and I'm using x264 but the stream doesn't have the best quality and smoothness
Please help
 
If you use Streamlabs OBS, please contact Streamlabs for support. This forum is for support of OBS Studio, a different piece of software from a different developper.
