Question / Help Stream stuttering with good internet, PC specs and no frames lost. Help please.

Hello! I tried to set up my stream but something is off. On my screen everything goes fine, fps of the game I'm trying to play (Overwatch) stays up but when I checked my stream from another device, it looks choppy/is stuttering.

My PC specs are:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
16GB RAM
Intel Core i5-8400 @ 2.80GHz

My download speed is: 858 MBps
My upload speed is: 404 MBps
