Question / Help Stream stuttering while stable in-game

The stream stutters at random while my fps in-game remains stable & constant without stutter.

The log file below should show all (re)starts + information about the stream.

System specs are in the logs itself at the top, above the OBS Modules section.

I have streamed multiple other games with the same/more demanding settings and did not experience the same issues.

Does anyone know what could be going wrong here?

Edit: let me know if this post is missing information. I also only tried to stream at 60fps to rule out the option of my stream not being choppy and me just not being used to 30fps. Sadly this was not the case.

14:53:10: Scene buffering time set to 400

Try setting this to 700 instead. Other than that I didn't see any settings that were obviously wrong. I'd stick to 30fps though, it performed better that way.

Dont have OBS studios open while OBS is encoding

as Boildown said, scene buffering 700ms

x264 preset veryfast is fine

don't watch your own stream while you encode. This is probably your issue. use a popout chat instead.
