So I'm getting stuttering on my recordings and streams while my gameplay is just fine. I wasn't having any problems at all the other night. The only difference between then and now is that I am no longer directly connected to the modem. I'm now connected to an ethernet switch.
I've been messing around with my bit rate setting it between 3000-3500 and setting the buffer rate to match.
My machine specs:
Intel - Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
Corsair - H100i v2 70.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
MSI - Z170A SLI ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Team - Elite Plus 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory x2 for 32gb of RAM
Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 1TB 2.5" Solid State Drive (the drive OBS and game is installed on)
Seagate - Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (the drive OBS records to)
Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB G1 Gaming Video Card
Corsair - RMx 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
(Sorry if those parts are a little wordy I just copied them from my pcpartpicker list for the build.)
Here's the log file from the my latest stream. Short because I thought I had fixed the issue with the buffer and bit rate settings but found out it is still lagging. I can load log files from other streams having similar issues if needed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
