Hello! I recently started streaming and I've never done this before so I'm not really familiar with it.
So when I am streaming it's all smooth in-game and I have no latency issues. But when i look on my past broadcasts on Twitch i can see the stream is stuttering or freezing every couple of seconds.
According to the OBS estimator tool i should set FPS to 30 and the recommended bitrate for me was 3500. I've set up my setting according to the estimator except I've been playing around with the bitrate to see the difference and also i heard Twitch doesn't like bitrate over 3000.
This is my network..
..and according to testmynet my upload is 8.8 Mbps.

..and in this clip its just fine until it all of the sudden freaks out almost exactly and hour in..
