Question / Help Stream Stuttering, Can you help me with settings?

Yo, My stream lag for some people, and for some it stutters, I think it is due to my settings could someone take a look?

Edit: I almost forgot the specs and such... here we go

Internet download speed: 110 mbit/s

Upload: 11Mbit/s

Specs:

CPU: i7 -2600 K 3.40 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 570

Monitor Capture, just captures your entire monitor.
Window capture, captures a specific window
Game Capture, hooks into the game through directx/opengl.
