Stream stutter only in World of Warcraft

I've had this issue recently that when I stream WOW, the stream stutters but I'm ok in-game.
It only happens in WOW.

I've tried lots of fixes from this forum but nothing helps.

Here is the log for a test I just did where you can see that I stream GTA Five-M first without any problems and then I switch to WOW and the stutter starts.

Logs don't show any missing frames, but I have a hunch. I can't view the VOD right now, but are you seeing frames displayed out of order? If so, that seems to be an issue specifically with game capture for DXGI1.4 when the GPU is allowed to run at full capacity.

Either use display capture, or limit your in-game framerate/quality so that your GPU utilization does not exceed ~85% at any time.

Looks like I fixed it lowering in-game quality. Didn't think of that because I can stream GTA V, Overwatch, Guild Wars 2 and a long etc... at max without a problem.

I guess I need an RTX 3080 just to stream WOW at max :P

High performance and yeah, tried nvec.

Anyway fixed it lowering a little bit some quality options in-game, seems like WOW isn't that well optimized or my GPU just sucks.
