Stream stops with, no access to channel or stream key

Lately I have repeatedly had the issue of stream stopping. This is mainly and most consistently happening when streaming Lies of P to twitch. The latest log where it happened can be found here: https://obsproject.com/logs/acXQlqjbCGavtXmV
