Question / Help stream stops upon switching into the game

Everything looks fine upon stream preview. The game is in view and the animation is being displayed just fine. I can select other windows and still looks fine. But as soon as I put focus into the game (click in game to start playing) the preview freezes. When the stream is being broadcast, as soon as i click in the game, the same thing happens and the stream goes offline. Please help. I am new to this

It seems like it is working Ok when I set up the software capture to Monitor Capture, but is not working when set to Window Capture (inner window, then select Diablo III). I really hope someone can help figure out what is going on, as I really prefer not to capture my whole monitor. Thanks!

what's your upload speed ?

It doesnt work with that build either, i tried that last night.

My upload is 5mb/up

Also, if you run in fullscreen, if you alt tab it freezes the picture, until you tab back in. If you run in Windowed Borderless, it still animates while not focused on the screen, but if you refocus the game, it freezes. So weird.

game capture and full screen works like that. you want to use an automatic scene switcher to switch to monitor capture or something else when you alt tab out of the game.

I dont use fullscreen, i was just testing to see if it would fix itself. I have two monitors, so running fullscreen would make having two monitors almost worthless. Regardless, I wasnt having this issues until yesterday, and i didnt even update the program, it just randomly stopped working. Updating to 0.473b 10, yields the same results.
